No I happen to think he will be world class .. its just run its coarse here and his injuries knocked him out of wack, they are getting an exceptional player

Skrtel - obviously Heinze in disguise... i.e. was meant for last summer
Sissoko - Being over-loaded in central midfield, Sissoko is the odd man out. (although, surely Rafa has sanctioned this on the basis that he'll have 4 top quality central midfielders to still call upon, rather than 3 )
Thanks for pointing that out. We still hadn't spent he heinze money.
Good luck Momo lad, you were a very good player for us for a while.
This move makes sense for all parties though.
Bit of a shame i suppose but it had to be done.

Yeah my post was slightly in jest. I have posted on here on a few occassions that I think he will go down very well in Italy with a little bit more time on the ball. I wish him all the best for the future and as you say I think we have got a pretty good fee for him too so winners all round.
Dont mind me some gob****e on here has wound me up and I am a litlle arsey at the moment. Its great to see us starting to regularly make profit on players ... all down to Rafa

Lets not jump the gun here, his eye injury might affect his medical. Or he could get injured playing for Mali on friday
killjoy
9 mil for momo is a great bit of business though, if all goes through that is.

£8 mill for Momo is an amazing piece of business considering his form over the past year or so.
Also Hobbs playing a full 2nd half of the season will set him up for next year nicely.
Now, if we can just get rid of these pesky Yanks...........
He will prove his worth, IMO.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24
simple the yanks will sell the rights to the name anfield the sign will now read " welcome to Burger King anfield would you like fries with that" rights sold for $25,000.
the sun gives life and it takes it away
but like all the greats it will burn out some day
Hold on, it looks like we're about just sold our 5th best central midfielder - who isn't good enough and no longer needed - for nearly £10m and people are still complaining about the amount of money spent during this transfer window.
Doesn't it make you sound like glory hunters?
I want £50m net spent on transfers, stomps feet and I want it now otherwise I'll tell you to **** off.
