I believe we should give Rafa until the end of next season. If we are showing no signs of getting rid of the inconsistency or the lack of belief against the other big boys when we play them then yes, get rid. But I wouldnt even consider mourinho. I cant stand him or his football and I dont believe for one second he could win the league unless he had a lot more resources than his rivals.

I hope, and genuinely believe, that Rafa will get it right though so we dont have to worry about who comes in next. Maybe a kid or 2 might break through in the next year and take the place by storm anyway

Well said mate anyone who seriously considers Jose as a repalcement is off the head for all the reasons you stated.
I think Rafa will get it right,to many things went wrong this season for us/him behind the scenes.
We looked like world beaters early on and even since have produced some cracking displays that with proper stability and less ****ing around on Rafa's part which I think will happen with more top class players at club we will see less players being rotated.

I don't think we've got a prayer of winning the title until we are in the new stadium. Thats why i'd keep Rafa because he's shown he's capable of getting us into the top 4 whilst winning cups, all on a relatively limited budget. I don't see us achieving more than that for the next 4 or 5 years unless an Abromovich type comes into the club.

This is true. The gut wrentching part could / would be the filthy Mancs equalling our glorious 18 and surpassing it while we wait for the stadium to be built and work on a limited transfer budget to stay in the top 4 (fourth that is).
