We pick the ball up and Xabi and Stevie are less than 10 yards apart almost on the edge of our box. How the **** people think this is Gerrard's best position is beyond me.

Gerrard playing deep? FFS. XAbi is the one who should be dropping deep to pick the ball off the defenders. Rafa did this at Citeh too. WTF is he thinking, he really makes the simplest of simple mistakes. He gets the finer points right but his ignorance of the obvious( Stuff like persisting with Kuyt, playing Gerrard deep, Benching Torres, doing god knows what with Crouch etc etc) that will be the end of him I think.
