    Carson Or Reina?

I reckon Carson is as good if not better then Reina. I cant remember the last time Reina made a decent stop. Alot of the goals conceded have done so without a decent effort at stopping then. His penalty saving skills cant be questioned but as for in normal play more questions need to be asked, he's getting off way to easy.

I cant remember Reina making a decent quality save since normal time in the FA cup final agianst West Ham. I dont rate Carson as No1 in the league but sure as hell dont rate Pepe as it either.

Are you serious?? Carson is ****e compared to Pepe, who has consistently been one of the very best in the world since he joined us.

The reason Pepe isn't exposed enough to have to make eye-catching saves is due to two reasons, one that we have a good defence and secondly that he's so quick off his line that the opposition struggle to get clear cut chances. He's very good at punching under pressure and catching when not and his distribution is great.

Instead of saying you don't remember him making good saves ask yourself has he let any goals in that he really should have saved? That's the litmus test as far as keepers go.

lot more to a goalies game than just making saves.

IF you are in the right position you don't need to dive

Reina is briliant as being the 5th defender/sweeper. Go to a game and watch him sometime

**** i'm defending a liverpool player what's wrong with me? Nevermind ffs carson is **** compared to reina and if we can get the 8 million on top of the 2 for carson we've done very well. There are other areas of the pitch that need looking at, goalkeeper most certainly isn't one of 'em.

Reina hasnt been near the best in the league never mind the world. I dont put our defensive record down to him at all. My main point with Carson was we've let better keeps then Reina leave the club.

Yes he has, Porto in CL was a sorry effort of a save and there's been a few.

well unfortunately you're wrong, i know opinions can't be wrong, but yours is

we haven't let better keepers leave the club at all, and he's the best keeper we've had since grobbelar and probably at this stage is a better all round keeper.

i'd find it hard to blame any of our conceeded goals this season on him, I reckon you go and have a look at the facts before making such claims

Reina is the best goalie i've seen at Anfield in a long long time if not all the times i;ve been going and thats since the late 70's

next time your at a match watch him, his speed of the line and anticipation is 2nd to none
