i would love to see that midfield with babel and yossi playing as wing forwards and torres upfront. that would be an attacking force, especially next season when we get a solid on on the right...

Torres - not much kop ran into mor players than I can count
Kuyt - Toilet
Gerrard - quiet appart from one decent run near the end
Xabi - quiet also with no moments of individual briliance
Yossi - not up to his usual standard
Kewell - Toilet
Aurelio - Toilet
Finnan - Toilet
Hyypia - Decent
Reina - Good (for what he was needed for)
Lucas - good when he came on
Babel - quiet

So in all you can see there that i think the only better players were riena, hyypia, and Carra for most of it, also Lucas when he came on

Great news if true.

I would sell Xabi in the summer and sign an excellent partner to Torres. Gerrard and Lucas can do the same job as Xabi.

Guthrie could be fourth choice but I would more or less play two or three of Lucas, Gerrard, Masch week in week out.
