    Will Sami.........

Get his much deserved testimonial !

He's given us his all over the years since he signed on and has very rarely let us down, i personaly think he deserves at least a years extension to his contract for a player who has always given 100% and held the defence together scince he broke into the first team. Come on LFC, do the right thing and grant him this honour for what he's acheived at our Club pleeeeeeeeease

Not sure how appropriate testamonials are nowadays, but if anyone was deserving of one, it would be Sami.

I'm so proud to have a player like him wearing our shirt. Easily my favourite player of all time.

Aside from his legendary acts on the field for us over the years, he's a gent off the pitch too. He's a model professional. He openly welcomes competition for his position because he knows it will benefit the team, even though it may mean he loses his place in the first XI.

Whilst some supposedly bigger name players are sulking about the field with their heads down, Sami is still giving his all for the shirt.

He is a credit to our club.

    I ****ing love him.

He certainly deserves it. He's been class for us this season. If Rafa is still here I have no doubt he will get an extension.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

sami is a true legend to the club and deserves his testimonial. give everything for the shirt, unfortunately he is a dying breed.

unfortunately he is not up for it anymore either, just got too old.

one more year, cameo role maybe the odd fa cup and carling cup appearance

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

Doubt it, but he is worthy of one.

I think he is the player that Ruddock could have been.

One of our best players for many years.

He has done enough, in my opinion, to earn himself an extension, definitely.

Over the last 2 or 3 months he has been possibly our best player, always standing up to be counted when others were going missing. Even after his run of own goals he kept his head up and came back. He could actually be extremely useful for us in certain games next season.

The true epitomy of professionalism in the squad.

I remember going to watch Liverpool one night a few years back with my bro and a mate and we got stuck at some lights on our way back home after the game.

A BMW X5 pulled up next to us and it was Sami!

Couldn't believe it, we were all smiling and that at him, he looked at us...laughed and beasted it off the lights and left us for dead!

We were all laughing our arses off. He wasn't playing that night because he was injured, can't remember what game it was think it was a European night. Sami is a legend!

Totally agree, especially the own goals bit, he just picked himself up and got on with it, a true legend, I hope he gets an extension, if not an extension I hope he get's signed on as a defensive coach atleast!

I posted a while ago he'd upped his performance levels and I think thats come from playing regulary. Something 90% of our players would benefit from.

Always been slow and will get beaten for pace but he more than makes up for it with his aerial ability and reading of the game. Best foreign signing we've had.

That's a brilliant idea keeping him on as a defensive coach. I think he'll stay at the club in some way or another.
