I think the commentary waa accurate when they said he does a lot in areas where he cant be effective, but he's a striker and i think part of his effort should be placed in breaking a neck to support the striker. He clearly has a lack of confidence in front of goal though.

He did OK today, I thought he supported Finnan quite well.

Pennant is miles faster than Babel. Babel looks erratic on the ball and will have great trouble in the PL against the better sides. I have to say that I think he's a bit of a disappointment ao far.

We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.

I think thats half the problem with rafa's team selection lately, he seems to think too much about the other team and what players they have; ffs pick your strongest 11 available to you on match day and let the other team worry about us after all we are LFC
I don't care as long as we finish above the blue ****e

on the ball penant seems to have quicker feet etc but he's not as fast as babel off the ball, babel is easily one of the fastest in our squad.

Kuyt is dangerous, well not dangerous, hard working in areas that the club didn't buy him for. I thought the three behind Crouch floated around quite well and comfortably. Its a shame there wasn't much of a goal threat in either of the top four.

babel meanwhile can't cross a ball to save his life. if he's not played upfront he's a waste of 11 million. i still reckon he has a long way to go and at best is erratic.

I really don't think that Babel is about pace at all and I don't think he has much either. On or off the ball. I think he was out paced though out the game against chelsea. He certainly didn't manage to make anything out of all that space he had out there time after time.

                                Are you serious?!

As for Kuyt, well same as usual this season. He made a couple of great tackles on the half way line
