Rather than hicks seemingly doing ALL the negotiating with DIC, without anyone hearing a peep from the bloke whose shares are actually under discussion.

GG has probably indicated that he will sell his stake to DIC, so Cu*t face had his reps go to to Dubai to start exploring a future partnership. That would tie in with what the press were saying to about a deal being struck between DIC and GG.

That doesnt make sense, because he might never have wanted to use a verto anyway, so the 90 days wouldnt matter. I think i saw somewhere a post that qupoted something along the lines of when an offer was first accepted. Now we dont know when or if an offer has actually been accepted at all, so the 90 days may or may not, have kicked in. hope thats clear!!!

Unless I've misse something here, this ability to veto the sales of shares would apply to both partners. Therefore if Hicks comes up with a new idea/buyer for Gillettes shars, GG can simply veto this, wait 90 days and give DIC the option to match the price. Either way if im right then GG holds the key here, Is that right anyone?
