Hicks has said a lot of stuff too, I dunno, he doesn't strike me as the type to start blowing multi-million pound deals that he needs, and will make him lots of money, over a few statements in the press. The problem is that DIC want some proper power in the board room, he wants to have the absolute say. That quote about "ruling by committee" or whatever is crucial one. That's a pretty big impass I think.

Not sure if this is part of a long term strategy by Amanda (and DIC) but she is currently like an Amanda Parry.

I can't help but feel she was a 'white' face put in front of Liverpool Football Club since the last time DIC came directly with a bid (beards, towels, etc) they were told to eff off.

Anyhoo, I can't but agree that a committee would be an incredibly disasterous idea for us as a club and fans. All we would witness over the next year or few years would be boardroom kerfuffles, spilling over to the pitch. I do, however, hope DIC come with a final take it or leave it 100% 500 mill pounds bid. the 90 days would/should start from when gillet informs hicks and kop holdings of his wishes to sell, thus allowing hicks 90 days to make an exceptable offer ftom that date.
