I obviously don't know the terms of the original contract of ownership drawn up between H + G when they took over, but I can't see any side agreeing to this clause, unless Hicks just meant that Gillett can't sell his share without giving himself first option (which is common knowledge), therefore, it may not be as bad as it sounds. Hopefully just a play on words from the Texan cabbage patch doll
