Thanjk you.

let us hope david moores own those .04 % and not george bush
Well, it can't be Bush. A President or ex President of the US can't be involved in any business if I remember things right.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
Lec put these up on another site, they claim to be from someone who works for DIC. Not sure if true, and couldn't see if it had already been posted or not.
Anyway make of it what you will.

Thank you all for having the time in reading my previous post. I did state that i will not be back here giving information on the 'suppose deal' regarding DIC and Liverpool Directors.
DIC has not fully finalised any deal for the whoesale purchase of Liverpool Football Club at present.
But important changes have come into effect as of today at DIC and i can conclude that DIC will purchase Liverpool Football Club within 3 weeks assuming the legal and financial package can be 100% agreed.
Mr R Benitez will still be Manager and will be given backing from the board. A Football Technical Director will also be employed as a bridge between the Team and the Board.
I hope this relationship with DIC and Liverpool Football Fans can be a successful one.

NB: Thank you for all the messages sent here to my inbox and also to DIC.

I did post some important information one week ago but it was taken off before anyone could read it. Gripes & Moans? i did not realise that giving information was a moan?
Today news has spread in my office that George Gillett has already signed agreement to sell his 49.98% share of Liverpool Fottball Club.
Contrary to reports about Tom Hicks not selling, this information i have recieved does seem to be the case.
DIC is in the business to win and succeed. We will help the present Manager and staff to make the club more sucessful on and off the pitch.

Unfortunately one of his posts was removed the one with much of the details

Hello Fellow Reds
Thank you for writing to my inbox regarding information regarding the DIC takeover for the wholesale purchase of Liverpool Football Club.
49.98% x 2 owned by the two American partners and now ready to be signed over to DIC International Trading Group. .04% is owned by a thrid party which i am not able to divulge at this time of writing.
This sale is very close within the next 48hrs to be Totally signed off. We have a few minor issues regarding the Trade price of shares between the current owners.
I conclude that Liverpool Football Club will be in DIC ownership by the weekend.
Thank you all again for you messages to DIC and also to my inbox. I hope to see Liverpool Football Club become one of the best run sporting clubs in the world.
Would there be any validity in the claim that there is a third board member holding 0.04% of shares ? Or would this be a chairman vote contingency if there was a deadlock on a vote ?
First of, despite my comments and those by others, we will not do a "Leeds"
In fact, if the banks were daft enough to give us an extra £300m loan we could probably manage. Of course, that would leave us wide open to financial ruin should a similar thing to ITV digital occur, but that's probably not likely.
With the money pouring into the Premier League at present Hicks looks quids in. All we have to do is not spend ANY money on transfers and stay in the premier league. Brand loyalty as mentioned by Hicks means we will still get full houses and still sell loadsof merchandise.
Now Hicks could gamble and spend on players, but that would rely on Champions league qualification and an improved League placing. So he could speculate to accumalate, but getting it wrong would result in a fire sale at the club.
----------------
We all agree we need to spend money on the squad to compete. Spending would be a gamble with Hicks in charge, and he's just the kind of fella who will take those gambles. He's a Texan and has proved in the past that he will risk all (As has Gillet). Just ask fans of Corinthians.
Still, as Peter Risdale has shown - if at first you don't suceed, try, try again.
Probably not. It could help cover part of the costs but not the full £300m. If you go by what Arsenal got, £100m over 10 years, it wouldn't even come nearly close to paying for the new ground. To think that it would cover the cost is fanciful to say the least.
It's even worse actually. The Emirates deal is over 15 years not 10. It also includes the shirt sponsorship. So they're only getting around £6.6m per year for stadium and shirt deals. When you consider that the likes of Chelsea and United are getting over £10m per year from just their shirt deals you can see that there's not much of a contribution to stadium costs at all.
H&G owe the bank £350mil of which £60mil is yet to be used as part of the startup costs for the stadium and £45mil yet to be used for players. So if H&G give back to the bank the £105mil reserved they then owe (excluding any interest so far and any admin/management fess etc) £245mil - DIC pay them £400mil so they each have £200mil of which they will need to pay back to the bank £122.5mil thus their profits are £77.5million each ($140million) so even if they owe repayment fees & interest etc the profit is still huge for each of them.
This may be the biggest load of **** ever written - alcohol usually makes that a cert - but I dont feel H&G could, or should, seriously reject DIC's proposals.
Would there be any validity in the claim that there is a third board member holding 0.04% of shares ? Or would this be a chairman vote contingency if there was a deadlock on a vote ?
It's owned by the secretary that Hicks and Gillett roasted at the Christmas party, they had to keep her sweet to stop her going to the rags.
Well its clear their marketing plan is better than ours. Something which the owners looked to rectify.
The stadium, if built will provide us with monies.
Is that the right answer?
mate im not having a go at you,you seem to have come to that conclusion.
i just find it strange that any liverpool fan has nothing but disregard for the man, considering everything we know about him now.
