As for Hicks, he only appered in the media a couple of days before they took over, and even then i definatly remember reading articles warning us about Hicks from the states.

has she actually been made a bankrupt? back in 2004 there were longer restrictions on bankruptcy so i doubt she would be allowed a place on the board. from what i have read she just had papers served, but wasnt actually a bankrupt
