Extremely disappointing... though I wouldn;t say its necessarily terminal yet. Remember a week or so ago Hicks was denying any possibility of even negotiating with DIC.

They can but their is a clause in a contract between g&h that says if one wants to sell their stake, the other must agree to it before it can happen.

In other words the yank **** wants his share as well to own us outright. Horrible cunt!!!!!!
