Yeah, if Kuyt had already scored five goals Rafa wouldn't leave him on that late in the game to complete his double hat trick.Originally posted by REDrascal View Postoh come on, your just being silly......
Personally I can't see us winning the competition this season in fact I think Inter will beat us but I must say I admire the optimism of the others in the thread and hope that I will be proven wrong.A humble guy with healthy desire.

If that happened ... and I think its a little unrealistic, we'd be celebrating too much for Dirk to get 5 in 5 minutes ... then I'd consider my account squared with the footballing gods for the last 17 years.Originally posted by ronanm View PostI can see it now - Moscow ->
Liverpool 6 (Kuyt 1,2,3,4,5,90) - Man Ure 0I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

Some **** there. You sure he's a goner? someone told you? thought not. Oh, and based on your idea of how football works Barnsely shouldn't have bothered getting out of bed on Saturday, because most people didnt see them winning, or maybe we shouldnt have bothered coming out for the second half in Istanbul, 'cos the game was won. Thats the problem with sport, your never 100% sure if you'll win. People like you should **** off and take up something that carries no risk.Originally posted by Sarb24 View PostPlayers were playing for their futures in 2005. Now its Rafa who is fighting for his job with a bunch of players who have lost faith in him. He's a goner either way, but I can't see a Champions League win based on current form
