Yeah, if Kuyt had already scored five goals Rafa wouldn't leave him on that late in the game to complete his double hat trick.

Personally I can't see us winning the competition this season in fact I think Inter will beat us but I must say I admire the optimism of the others in the thread and hope that I will be proven wrong.

Glass half full, exactly, & if you take that same glass & pour your aperitife into a smaller one half it's size..........You now have a FULL glass.

If that happened ... and I think its a little unrealistic, we'd be celebrating too much for Dirk to get 5 in 5 minutes ... then I'd consider my account squared with the footballing gods for the last 17 years.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

Now all my lies are proved untrue

Some **** there. You sure he's a goner? someone told you? thought not. Oh, and based on your idea of how football works Barnsely shouldn't have bothered getting out of bed on Saturday, because most people didnt see them winning, or maybe we shouldnt have bothered coming out for the second half in Istanbul, 'cos the game was won. Thats the problem with sport, your never 100% sure if you'll win. People like you should **** off and take up something that carries no risk.

Haven't the rules changed so that we wouldn't qualify even if we won it?

                            Why do you bother?

Criticism is fair enough but you're out of your tiny little mind mate.
