i think that part of this "i don't care how we win as long as we win" attitude is creating pressure that very few managers are capable of handling. i know it's old-fashioned but i do care how we win.

i want is to win with a style of football that gets me excited.

i want us to win but i don't want us surrounding referees and cheating.

i have no problem with our team having hard ruthless *******s who take no prisoners - like our winning teams had so many of - but who do their talking on the pitch with no poxy sulking and don't ****in whine off it.

i want us to win no. 19 and far more and i want to give a manager time to do it without the endless pressure of a perceived god-given right to winning it (the fact that i don't think rafa will do it doesn't matter) - in fact i'd prefer to let rafa gave a good go at it for a couple of more years rather than constant speculation about who's going to replace him.

i want to win it but i don't want people to have a ****in clue who owns or funds us because they never hear about then in the press UNLIKE NOW. and i DO care who owns us unrealistic as that is sounds - i don't want to owned by people who have endless questions surrounding them regarding dodgy businesses where they endlessly shaft ordinary joes are are suspected of human rights abuses. inevetably this means i will have to stop following any football...****in hell.

anyway - i want the players and manager to have a win at all (well, most) costs mentality but as a fan i don't need to have it. because it's not my job.

Pepe Reina, Javier Mascherano are 2 other world class talents that spring to mind, but hey why let that get in the way of a good story??
          they are not world class

Rijkaard I think struggles in assembling a balanced side. This season he's often played without andy defensive midfielders altogether which has lead to poor shape therefore poor results. Naive manager but at least he'd be a breath of attacking fresh air.
