Liverpool fans daub training ground with obscene slogans attacking ex-chairman Moores

    WTF????

Liverpool fans daubed obscene slogans this morning on the walls of the club's Melwood training ground attacking former chairman David Moores.

Moores, who sold his controlling stake in Liverpool to American tycoons George Gillett and Tom Hicks in a deal worth £470 million in February last year, was denounced as "greedy".

The slogans also called on manager Rafa Benitez not to select winger Harry Kewell and midfielder John Arne Riise for tonight's crucial Champions League encounter with Inter Milan at Anfield.

They also demanded that Benitez, who has made a habit of rotating his players from match to match, should play his best team for tonight's European clash.

Club staff responded quickly by painting out the slogans.

Cunts, but they don't represent the majority.

Not helpful, but fair enough really. Maybe the club should install some bloackbaords outside melwood so people can vent their feelings and the club won't have to paint over them.

The ironic thing is they dont appear to have mentioned the owners which imo is our biggest problem

Are you speculating that Foster Gillett had something to do with the spray cans?

I don't think that it's fair enough to vandalise property of LFC or attack Moores for being 'greedy' when all he was was naive. There's other ways of voicing your opinion. These people are idiots, plain and simple.

That is disgusting. It's the last thing we need just before a crucial game.

They are obviously not aware that Moores and Parry already KNOW they've made a mistake and are working behind the scenes to try and remedy the situation. (As mentioned in the post from the other week reporting on the SOS meeting.)
No! I am NOT in denial!
