Is Brad Smith even playing for them? I think I remember seeing him play one or two games last season but he was hardly a regular, not seen him this season. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Whenever I have seen him he's never impressed me, he doesn't seem to have improved from the player who left us a couple of years back. I thought that more regular game time would have seen him push on, admittedly he's still young so it could still happen, but it doesn't look like happening any time soonOriginally posted by Fernandinho View PostTo be fair, from what I saw of Bournmouth vs Everton he was one of their biggest threats. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Yeah from what I had seen previously he was poor, but he still has time. My gut feel says he will float around mid table PL clubs like Townsend for his career.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostWhenever I have seen him he's never impressed me, he doesn't seem to have improved from the player who left us a couple of years back. He's a decent Premier League player but nothing more. It's a shame as he has the physique to bully defenders or power past players like Gomez can (and he's a defender!).Originally posted by Fernandinho View PostTo be fair, from what I saw of Bournmouth vs Everton he was one of their biggest threats.
He needs a few goals and to be a bit more direct and then he will climb a level. Was muß, das muß.
