Brad Jones has been sub keeper for Bradford all season so far, until three games ago when he got his chance. Blunders in two games and he's been dropped today.

BRAD Jones is facing the axe from City's goal after his blunder gifted Colchester a head start last night.

Jones dived over Callum Harriott's seventh-minute shot as the Bantams slipped to a 2-0 defeat.

The keeper's glaring error came only seconds after James Hanson had wasted a golden chance at the other end and Phil Parkinson was in unforgiving mood afterwards.

Jones has not convinced since replacing Ben Williams three games ago and, when asked if it was time to review the keeping position, Parkinson said: "Yeah, I may have to.

About 12 months ago Brendan chose to pick him for Man United away. He chose to.

It's not unbelievable as he was a decent keeper. What is unbelievable is he made a living at Liverpool for so long, when he himself would likely admit he has long since passed his better days.

Brad Jones at his peak however was never good enough to start a game for LFC. He is the sort of keeper that when he came in should have been 3rd choice, the fact he worked himself up to starting games last season says everything about the current state of this club.
          Forwards.......

I think that is a fair assessment

He was never a decent keeper. Ever. One of the worst keepers of all time. I liked him though. Probably his hair.

Still, Nemeth is doing well over there. He looked such a good prospect when he was with us.

Probably BS given the source, but it would be great for him if it were true.
