His wife is an Italian passport holder so qualifies through her, but will need to prove basic language skills and ability to fit into the culture. I'm not sure of the exact rules in Italy but depending on the country it can range from A1 (basic) to B1 (lower intermediate which takes time). Presumably he doesn't speak any (or much) Italian so has probably been on intensive language lessons for the last few weeksOriginally posted by Exiled_red View Post you'd back him with your house in front of goal, but with a pen...
