Anything planned? If DIC walk away today you can be sure something will happen. We need to remind Hicks he's not ****ing wanted.

As badly as I want the americans to go, I think we should let this be decided between them. I'm sick of all of it tbh.

I think its more about the promises that the Yanks have broken and how they (Hicks) have handled themselves in the Media with regards to Rafa.Originally posted by RedsFan83 View PostOut of interest, do we think the protesting will stop completely if DIC do take control of the club? Surely they are in it for the money as much as G+H. Changing owners won't change the way the club approaches the modern game in anyway whatsoever.

Why so though? I honestly don't think Hicks gives a toss about the protests, so it's all water of a ducks back to him. All protesting against Hick's is doing is giving the media added fuel to the fire, and getting us on the back pages for the wrong reasons.Originally posted by Lisburn Red View PostSorry Prof...statement stands "rubbish."

And as for whoring ourselves out to DIC with our "come get us" pleas, well, they are an embarrasment in my eyes. DIC will not up their offer because the fans want them. They will offer what they value the club at, possibly taking into account potential value as well.
All the protests are doing is adding an extra distraction to the club, and really i'd like our players to be fully focussed on the coming games, with no added distractions. It's bad enough that the media will ****-stir (Gerrard to leave stories, Rafa on the brink, Torres quit threats etc) without giving them another branch to stoke the fire with.
