How much do we need to spend this Summer?

Im not having a go, Im just asking if you have some players you want to put your name to becuase other people have done it and you have disputed or been critical of those choices.

Fair enough, i wouldnt really call what i said 'criticisms' as such, more like questions and comments.

We have 3 players in the youth team that are ready for the 1st team squad already, Nemeth, Insua, and Plessis.

Insua is an attacking full back, with real pace and a good passer / crosser of the ball. He should get at least 20 games next year.

Plessis, looks class, and if we get an injury to 2 CM's I would feel comfortable with him in the side, very strong, never gives the ball away.

Nemeth can become a great striker, he is very inteligent, holds the ball up well and can finish.

These kids needs to be played I would be gutted if they weren't given a chance because we bought some average joe (of which we have a few in the squad already).

The main position for me would be the forward right (kuyts) id look for a player who can play there and upfront (like babel). That would mean the front 3 could interchange freely and would make them even more difficult to pick up, we've seen glimpses of it this season, but Kuyts technique is just too poor for it to truely work with him in the side, I'd keep him though as he can fill in either side. For what it's worth I think Rafa will be sticking to this formation as it gives us the flexibility we need and accommodates the central midfielders we have.
