Jesus, obviously life long Liverpool supporter David Moores deliberately sold us down the river (has he or is it just what the papers say), get a ****in grip people, they did what they thought was right at the time.

At matters of such importance intentions do not matter, consequences do.
Moores and Parry have been in the business for long. Parry appointed a group of advisors ( hawkpoint or something) to get external funding for gods sake.

Was it too much of them to ask I see what you guys did at Corinthians. What should i do to ensure that similar things dont happen here.

If he sold to the Yanks for the extra cash he is a C***. If he did it with the best intentions (and I believe he did) he is not.

Why don't you folks see, that Moores and Parry are doing all they can to get Hicks out - and to stop him from putting more dept on the club as possible. They are now in the position, there they are the committe, that Hicks doesn't want with DIC. So if anybody should limit his dictatorship now, it has to be Moores and Parry (as GG seems to have run away for good).

When DIC takes over in full (as I hope), then they should be told to leave. Not as heros of the past - not as public shambless overthrown with tomatoes and eggs in front of Anfield - but out of the back door with as little honour as possible.

They have sold to two clowns but I'm sure, like 90% of us they were taken in by their promises and PR. If they said anything inflammatory now they would be removed from the board and would it really be helpful to have the only true red on it removed regardless of what's already happened?

Hicks is being accused of using the stadium planning permission to extort more money for his share, but isn't this exactly what Moores did. Get planning permission for the parry bowl and then sell to any old nuct to the highest bid? Spending months/years looking for the 'right buyer' actually meant waiting until the stadium got the green light and then dumping the club. They have no say. They can advise, but Hicks is clearly his own man and will do what he wants. Moores is there as a token gesture and Parry to keeo the club running smoothly during the transfer until the yanks are up to speed.

the club has no stability financially at all. it is simply lurching from refinance to refinance. and has millions of debt round its neck to boot.
