    The KEY to Victory........

    Lies with Babel and Kuyt

I think its pretty clear our team at old trafford will be something like this........(Only the back 4 is questionable)

    ...............Reina
    Arbeloa...Carra...Skrtle....Riise
    .......Mascher......Alonso
    Kuyt.........Gerrard..........Babel
    ..............Torres

What this means is that Mascherano will mark Ronaldo out of the game. The full-backs and Mascher combined will keep that gimp quiet, im certain of that. Our defence will keep the mancs quiet and thus they wont get many chances against us. Lets hope Reina is on top form for the odd 2 or 3 chances the mancs do get.

Alonso will pick up the pieces and send us forward. We all know that Gerrard and Torres are extremely capable of scoring and we know the level of performance to expect from them.

Essentially this game will come down to our wide forwards. Babel and Kuyt. These 2 players must perform and they must attack without fear. Babel will need to go into this match with the most attacking mentality possible and he will need to be aggressive. We need aggression from him and we need him to cut in and shoot whenever the opportunity arises. Next is Kuyt, we need a big performance from Dirk. We wont get alot of opportunities and so he will need to take his chances. We cant have him having a bad game where he squanders chances. Thats just not on. Dirk will need to come out firing and cause Evra some problems on Sunday. Evra likes to get forward and Dirk im sure can exploit the gaps down the right wing. He will need to do extremely well and not scuff his shots.

Babel vs Wes Brown and Kuyt vs Evra

Bring it ****ing on, we can take these pricks. Im sure of it. We can win this game and **** them right up

I dont think Babel will start personally but i hope im wrong, as Riise is incapable of influencing a game of this level going forward.

I think Carra will play right back, with Sami in the the centre and AA at left back. Just a gut feeling.

really, i thought you were insinuating that Dirk wasnt good enough to play for LFC in a sarcastic way, and hence not showing support. Maybe i was wrong and i misintepreted your post, sorry....

I think at least some of the first 10 would need some guidance as to which net.

I think you are unfair on Kuyt especially being as he has created a lot of goals for us of late and scored against Inter.

                    He's not.

Anyhow lets not turn this into a thread about the merits of Dirk.

Yes lets not, ive had enough of people slagging him continuosly, if all our players put in th effort he does we would be competing for the title.

We need to worry about even getting a goal against these belends! That's something we can't seem to do, once we get one we'll get more.

Don't worry about Dirk Kuyt, if the ball falls to him he'll put it away. I have no doubt about that.

the key to tomorrow is putting away our chances which we always fail to do away at the big clubs. This year though we finally, in Babel and Torres (and gerrard as well obviously) who are players not afraid of putting the ball away whether it be at anfield against sunderland or away at utd.

UTD will score. Probably twice. So we already know we will have to take at least 2 chances to have a chance of winning.

We need to create which haven't done in years by. Controlling the game is one thing but to carve open opportunities is another.

And obviously taking the opportunities if that means doing a smash and grab then so be it.
