I think Syd may be right - there may well be a link between Abramovich and the final being in Moscow.

I also think UEFA are quite content having the final in a far flung destination with tight border controls and stringent entry requirements - they know the stadium will be full regardless and making it harder for people to get there will mean fewer ticketless fans are likely to show up they can thus avoid another Athens scenario.

Debt may not be the way to go, but this debt is IMO. There'll be no demand to repay if you're not earning a certain amount so there's no pressure. Given also that the interest rate you're paying back is so low, you should actually take the full amount out and either invest it or put it in a high interest savings account and you'll actually be making more in interest than what you'd have to pay back
