What a completely idiotic thread. Absolutely pointless, shows zero support of our players. The man has been out for 3-4 months because of injury.

What precisely in his play that you thought was sooooo bad.

His couple attempts on goal? Were you listening to the commentary? Who was doing the commentary again?

His run for the first miss (left footed) was excellent, took it past the keeper, but was too wide, and fluffed it on his weaker foot.

For the second, when according to Mr. Gray he had "plenty of time" (oh apart from Galas/Toure bearing down on him), how well did he bring the ball under control before the shot, from a very poor pass?

i dont think there is too much harm in laughing at a few disasters from the past eh? voronin is by no means one of our worst signings. He was doomed from the start unfortunately!

for me, the most disappointingly **** signings were at a time when everyone thought we were about to kick on and finally challenge after a good year in the league finishing second.

I remember talking to a German co-worker who was a huge Frankfurt fan and I asked him about the crow.

His words were somthing to the effect (after he stopped laughing) was that he is an absolute terrible player and then he laughed somemore.

I don't think he's as bad as some are making out here. Some folk are being very harsh when the lad has just returned from injury.

Agree with the Kuyt comparison though. We don't need both of them in the squad, as they're way too similar. Kuyt brings a lot more to the table than The Crow so I think he should stay.

I agree whole heartily with the about sentiments but I would add really we have not seen enough of the Crow to form any kind of educated opinion ... I very much liked the look of him beginning of the season, seemed like a very robust clever striker to me ..

Second worse for me. What about that player Southampton signed Ali Dia and had never even looked at. Someone phoned up and told them he was George Weah cousin and they signed him up. He only played once, was brought on and then taken of 20 minutes later as he was that bad.
