I never wanted Gilette. The man is a muppet, and has done absolutely nothing since the takeover. I've never liked Rick Parry particularly, or I should say not knowing him personally, I've never liked the way he does his job. I was never all that keen on DIC, and to be honest I'm still rather suspicious. And then there's Hicks who seems to have an open mouth - insert foot policy towards PR, along with the rest of it. The whole thing is a complete mess.
The only person in this whole saga I've ever had time for is Rafa
Fundamentally, whatever his flaws, it is absolutely imperative that he remains manager of this club. We have to have some stability there at least or all is lost. And I believe his relationship with Rick Parry first and foremost to to be virtually unworkable.I'm not sure Hicks is the devil. I don't want him running the club particularly, but I certainly don't want this crazy joint ownership power-struggle lunacy. And I do want Rafa.
