I'd prefer playing Chelsea than any of Man U and Arsenal, who are both offensive and difficult teams to play against. Against Chelsea it's simple. Their defence is the key, as I think we can contain them pretty well. But they're so good at scrapping out results.

It is a bit of a worry it is the same team in the semis again!! Just got a wierd feeling about it... I however do feel we can win it, and it will be two very close games again.

Bit like Milan last year, however optimistic I was, my friend keept saying that they would win solely because they lost 2005...

Am much more relaxed than last year. I think we'll go all the way this season once again.

I think this could be the time we win it convincingly in the CL and put the controversial semi to bed once and for all. Just a gut feeling.

Law of averages favours them but we are a team that doesn't conform to other peoples expectations.

Taking the tie in isolation, we're probably favourites with Essien out for the first leg, Lampard just coming back into the team and Drogba coming back from treatment.

We'll struggle to score at the Bridge - as we have always done but we've enough experience to see us through. I've noticed that the Chelsea players haven't been mouthing off as they did prior to our previous semis - is it a sign of respect or an indication on their focus?

law of averages means **** all. we're stronger now than ever under rafa, chelsea have been playing poorly.

On the pitch we have unity they are squabbling over whether their manager is good enough.

An early goal will destroy them, and after all tonight they play at anfield. **** averages

I would rather get knocked out now then lose to Man U in the final.

Have thought for awhile, now, that this it’s Chelsea’s turn. I am hoping to be proven wrong, of course, but am somewhat prepared if law of averages comes into it.

Or am I just a pessimist?

Chelsea don't have a turn because they don't have souls, much like ginger people.

Yup, I'll go into the game(s) expecting us to lose, so a win will be a bonus......

Rafa looks and sounds confident. The players look and sound confident. Grant and Chelsea are on the back foot. Liverpool have the voodoo over them. If you feel pessimistic just imagine how the Chavs are feeling. Essien’s missing, Cech’s held together with gaffer tape, Lampard’s minds elsewhere and Drogba’s still pining for Mourinho. They’ve the same quality of players they had last time round but under Grant they’re not the same team. We’re the same spirited team but with better players. Game on.

Aldo said last night that if we beat the Chavs tonight - 3 semis in a row - we get to keep them.
