Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard insists they should've had a first-half penalty in last night's 1-1 draw with Liverpool.

Lampard felt Didier Drogba should have had a penalty when the striker tumbled on the edge of the area following a gentle tussle with Jamie Carragher.

He said: "It looked it to me and Didier said it definitely was.

"But I don't think you can dwell on those things too much. Hopefully if a similar thing happens at our place we'll get the decision in our favour.
    hahaha

    **** off fat lamps!!

It was outside of the box!!! That white line you see right there, just like the lines in your bathroom!!

And peno? It was a tussle between two players!! One stand up man, and one diving moaning cunt!!!

How about Ballack moving his elbow to block the cross or that overrated piece of turd called ashley cole pushing Kuyt with straight arms in the back?!?

****ing cunt lampard!! only saying this to try and get the ref on their side for the next game. ****ing makes me sick these tactical media moans... ****house of a team who tried to kick us off the pitch when things were looking down in the second half. torres got elbowed and hit by those cunts several times, terry kicked him when he was down adn the ****ing payed up ****house of a ref did nothing!!! but still gave drogba ****ing everything the cunt moaned for as he threw himself into our players then went down in agony rolling around...then he had the nerve to celebrate like he had just scored and was thumpoing the badge when the OG went in...that drogba douchebag who has touted himself aroung europe all season... what a cunt of an excuse of a grinning ****!!!

To be fair to the ref he was probably only doing what UEFA instructed him to do. Help Chelsea so they can avoid a final between us and the Mancs.

The ref next week will probably be even worse.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

either we all dive or no-one does. if torres and gerrard can dive to win pens then why do we go mental when anyone else does.

drogba embarrasses himself and chelski with his ridiculous swan dives at the hint of contact. he's a laughing stock and a cheat. the whole footballing world knows it - even the blatantly cheslki supporting commentators (Jim Beglin you are a cunt) took the piss at his 'recovery time'.

but if we do it, we have to expect others to.

Come on guys, I was feeling fairly down last night after the OG -it was a real kick in the teeth. But we outplayed them, they aren't that good, yeah we haven't scored at stamford bridge for ages but in that time their team has been much superior to ours, now we've really closed the gap in terms of quality.

The tie isn't over and it's not like we have to go there and win by a couple of goals, a 1-1 will take it to extra time and any higher scoring draw will see us through in 90 mins. Plus we have a psycological edge over them, if they are 1 goal up getting late in the game they will fear the away goal.

          Believe Guys, YNWA
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

If wigan can get a 1-1 draw at the bridge so can we. It's up to Rafa this week to keep the morale of the team high. We need to get over our inferiority complex when traveeling to the bridge. It's a ****box stadium with no atmosphere. Not comparable to 2nd legs at anfield. The pressure is on chelsea to get to their 1st CL final.

I was gutted when it happened, but in the clear light of day, I think it might actually be doing us a favour.

If we had gone there with a slim goal lead, then we could have been slightly off the pace and hope to just soak up the pressure and keep them out.

Now, we know we need to go there and score a goal. From last nights showing, we have absolutely nothing to fear going there, and have more than enough skill around the park to score, especially given that they have a hard game at the weekend that they also have to win.

                        Keep the faith

That's exactly what I was thinking. Gerrard has come out today and said let chelsea think they are through, it's the way we like it

I've been getting stick all day over the result last night...I'd love us to turn it round next Weds...love it

Of course, the other side is that "luck" and "statistics" say that Chelsea were due to get a result against us.

Following that through to a logical conclusion is that we are long overdue a result at the Bridge too.

If we score one, then the pressure is back on the Chavs to score. They have to win the game irrespective, whilst we can settle for a score draw

                              Bring it on!!

Have to say I'm more confident of progressing now than I was before the game. As long as we can get some service to Torres, we'll be OK.
