Last night I saw a clip on SSN showing Phil Thompson’s reaction to the goal.

A look of wide-eyed shock appears on his face,, and he throws his headphones off. Cue utter hilarity from the other mongs (you can hear Merson pissing himself) and Thommo ****ing loses it. He screams something, aimed towards Stelling, with a manic, maniacal look in his eyes. I rewound it several times but could not for the life of me work out what Thommo shouted.

Don't know how anyone can take the mick out of us over last night. We've consistently performed in the Champions League and it's the 3rd semi in 4 years, with 2 finals to boot. The likes of Man U and Chelsea have had easy ties over the years but still not cut it. They need a reality check
