Reina's one level below absolute world class IMO. Only Buffon and Cech, off the top of my head, are obviously better. Given isnt. Friedel's 37.

I was going to mention jussi as well actually.

Thing is though, we know these guys are capable of top drawer keeping but we don't know that they wouldn't be able to focus as in most cases they havn't played at a top club so maybe it's time they got a chance..

And I don't know why people assume these keepers wouldn't be able to focus, it isn't hard so that argument has always been non existant to me

I could almost guarantee that if Reina left and JJ replaced him, this time next year this forum would be raving about JJ and would have forgotton Reina and that right there is what I find hilarious about these people who like to have a go if your opinion doesn't match theirs such as that BFG fella

I don't have a go at anyone mate but I do laugh when something is funny, like your 'opinion' on goalkeepers. I'd call you a hypocrite too but you already feel victimised enough.

You say it isn't hard for a keeper to focus but that is the hardest part of being a keeper at a top side. You're going to stand there for 88 minutes but you have to be ready to make that save or to run out and sweep up whenever you may be needed and that's something that Reina can do better than anyone you've mentioned so far.
