Decisions of the International F.A. Board
Decision 1
In the defi nition of offside position, “nearer to his opponents’ goal
line” means that any part of his head, body or feet is nearer to his
opponents’ goal line than both the ball and the second last opponent.
The arms are not included in this defi nition.
Decision 2
The defi nitions of elements of involvement in active play are as follows:
• Interfering with play means playing or touching the ball passed or
touched by a team-mate.
• Interfering with an opponent means preventing an opponent from
playing or being able to play the ball by clearly obstructing the
opponent’s line of vision or movements or making a gesture or
movement which, in the opinion of the referee, deceives or distracts
an opponent.•
Jaidi clearly made movements for distraction and also obstructed Reinas line of vision. It was such an easy decision by the ref and his assistants to make.

I was once asked to leave the field of play for having a tangerine in my shorts, no it's not an analogy, just forgot it was there, was going to eat it before kick off but forgot. It fell out of the little pocket, the ref saw it & told me to get off & either eat it or throw it.
As you can imagine it wasn't exactly a cup final.
- it would just be interesting to see what happened - agree tho, i'd rather someone else tried it!
The said item popped out on to the pitch during a tackle, he he, yes there was laughter all round & yes i felt a right tit, the ref asked sarcastically would i like him to pause the game while i eat my fruit,
