I hope the chavs win although it doesn't feel right at all saying that. The lesser of two evils is still evil as I've heard said a lot recently. The thought of Lampard and Drogba holding the cup makes me want to hurl.
I won't be watching it though. I'm going to put my mobile off, take the dog for a walk and then settle down to watch the Apprentice at 9 pm. I'll leave the phone off and have a look on the BBC Sport website before I go to bed to check the score.
No papers and no Sky Sports News for a fortnight or so whatever the outcome.Comment

I went to the William Brown Library in 1985 when Man Utd played Everton in the Cup Final. I could not stomach seeing either win. I have unspecified hopes of the game not taking place tomorrow. I have now decided to play 36 holes of golf tomorrow. 18 in the afternoon - a pint and summat to eat after - and back out for another round. The course will be deserted. Ignorance is bliss.

Won't it get dark before FT though? Unless you're planning to play in the dark, although I don't think that's easy.Comment
