        Can someone tell me why we're still bleating on about Harry Kewell? I don't really care where he's playing his football next season, as long as he's stopped draining our wage bill.

            I was very excited when Kewell signed,but so was i when spit the dog signed after seeing him play for Senegal in the world cup!

            That's football.

            We signed a player with real quality in Kewell for a fraction of his true market value.There was a real buzz about the place when he signed.It could of been a lot worse where we could of paid a £10m+ fee for him as well.

            For anyone to go on about how much he earns is ridiculous.He was given a contract.Just like you get in any other job ffs.

            I reckon,value for money,we have lost more on players like Diao,Cheyrou and Diouf.

            Sadly,it hasn't worked out but he really can't be blamed for any of it.

                          I have only just joined to be honest.

                          He never seemed to be playing full tilt thats all. I remember England played the Aussies in a friendly a while back and beat us 3-1. He was absolutely outstanding and I have never seen anywhere near as much effort given whilst in the red shirt.

                          Having said that, he has been very unlucky with injuries, but from a country reknowned for sports stars that give their all and give no quarter he must be ranked as a disappointment.

                                Kewell has often come across as a lazy **** though so i can see why some fans would say that, he always looked a tad overweight and i'll go out on a limb and say i wouldn't think he'd be giving 100% in training.
