My patience has been tested but my passion remains undminished.
Sometimes I feel like we'll have to wait longer between titles than the Scum did - but so what?
When number 19 finally arrives it will be the biggest mother-f*cking p*ss up of all time!! We will celebrate in all corners of the globe.
If Torres did leave - so what? We sold Keegan once. We sold Rush too.
Liverpool FC **IS** bigger than any one person and we will walk on FOREVER!

I could almost hear the dramatic music gently in the background whilst reading that.Excellent.

That reminded me of something someone said on LFC TV recently.Originally posted by Icon View Post"If you aint got the teams name written through you like a stick of rock you aint a fan"
No ****ing idea who said it but I feel the ame way.
Something like"If you cut him in half he would bleed red"! I think it was in reference to carra.
I know what he meant but it made me giggle anyhow.

I see a few have mentioned being from Liverpool and growing up supporting Liverpool as a reason why they wouldn't stop supporting the club. Fair enough but i don't think location has any bearing on it at all tbh."Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fight back."

Marky - are you a Scouser? Because with a comment like that - if you're not then you really don't understand.Originally posted by Marky View PostI see a few have mentioned being from Liverpool and growing up supporting Liverpool as a reason why they wouldn't stop supporting the club. The club means EVERYTHING to Scousers - especially those of a certain age who had nothing else to look forward to in their lives: little or no work, limited money = limited opportunity for enjoyment. Even if they did have such an oppotunity the club was central to their whole lives - it was (for me anyway) and many others was the highlight of their week. Lose the match on a Saturday and your whole week was ruined.
If your born in Liverpool, both clubs are in your blood, blue or red. In these days of media hype and money, money, money of course more and more people are going to "choose" which team they support - but in Liverpool you're generally born into it. That's why few Reds born in Liverpool would give up on the club.

Fair enough bud, i'm not trying to turn this into the old out of towners debate ****e.Originally posted by Kopite_Colin View PostMarky - are you a Scouser? Because with a comment like that - if you're not then you really don't understand.

I'm just of the opinion that once Liverpool FC is in your blood that's it for life, regardless of where you were brought up
