      Erm, what meeting?

          Welcome mate.

Judging by your username I may have encountered you before.

A three day meeting does seem out of the ordinary but then we know the ownership have issues to resolve. You would hope that whatever happens the meeting will result in a more unified club and a clear transfer budget for Rafa.

You would imagine that one of the issues to be resolved would have to be the future of Parry. I'm just so angry but at the same time bored with the machinations taking place only just behind the scenes at our club. It needs to be sorted out and we have to move on.

you are right, Dubai may just be another disaster in the making. But could they **** things up wiorse than the Americans...

I'm not sure that the Americans have been disastrous yet. My worries with them is for the future. You could in that context look at it either way DIC come in and at least we put of the day of reckoning or we have another new beginning with another season+ of ludicrous uncertainty hanging over everyone.

I'm not anti-DIC I just have no idea what they would represent and the experience with our current owners has made me wary of all ventures where I think the sole reason for investing is to make money.

Unless DIC have a bucket load of cash to throw at the team this transfer window (which I very much doubt) then I would rather we at least get the summer over before tearing the club organisation apart again.

                  Really?

I'd prefer to get this whole farce resolved as soon as possible, certainly before the season starts. We can't afford more tribuations during the season

                    Don't think we've got a choice mate.

Well really what I meant was I want us to just get the transfers done. I don't think a takeover would be conducive to that. I see your point that disruption in the season might be bad but if G&H agreed a deal with DIC during the season I see no reason for it to be as disruptive as this seasons warring owners certainly was.

FWIW I don't think DIC will come in. Not this year at least. G&H will hang on until at least the end of the current financing deal IMO.
