Decent enough in the Euros, but let's face it, it was hardly a tournament for defenders now was it..? Not entirely convinced he could do similar things against the likes of Rio, Terry & Gallas..?!? RK on the other hand as we all know, has on several previous occasions, and would continue to do so at Anfield.

I think it is likely Silva will be our biggest/most high profile aquisition this year.

Everyone banging on about a winger tell me who they would want more? We need a left and right sided attacker/winger.

He was one of my favourite players; he went through a few years where he was unstoppable, it's such a pity he has been out injured for so long. It's another Kewell situation unfortunately, both supremely talented players who faded due to injuries.

One thing I'm sure of is that Rafa knows exactly what the deal is with Vicente and if he feels he could get anywhere near his best, he would snap him up in a heartbeat.

Silva is a good player, but nowhere near the level of Vicente.
