    Because at the end of the day it's primarily a track and field event, so doesn't really take things like football into consideration. There definitely needs to be something done about it tho, because under the current rules we could in theory lose any player, for arguments sake if England called up Stevie G as their overage player then what would happen

      Babel has today been selected for the olympics, which means he will miss the CL qual. and the first couple of PL matches.

        He's not even back in full training yet is he?

        He's a young lad with a chance to be a part of the Olympic Games so I cant blame him if he wants to go. That's squads quite poor as well which means he would be a certain starter for me. If he does go I just hope he uses it to find his form and comes back on top form for us.

            Excuse my ignorance but how many games will the winning team have to play? It's just an 18 man squad seems quite small
