Reina, Carra, Dossena, Agger, Skrtle, Aurelio, Lucas, Alonso, Mascher, Babel, Kuyt, Gerrard, Keane, Torres

You telling that core squad can't win the league? Robbie Keane will have a massive impact. It will result in 15 league goals from him, probably 10 assist and i believe his workrate will help our midfielders score more goals. Thats the key for me, we will get more goals out of Kuyt, Babel, Mascher, Lucas, and Gerrard
The problem as I see it with that squad is that we have about 7/8 top quality players - the obvious gap is full-backs who attack and defend. Our team is desperate for these, and Aurelio ain't the answer and we can't be sure Dossena is. It still bothers me that we haven't addressed the problem of beating teams who put 10 men behind the ball and sit there waiting for a mistake......

Why makes you so sure that we will stick with 4231 all the time?

We now have a good enough front pairing to play 442 also

We must have spent £7.5m on Dossena for a reason so lets give him the benefit of the doubt for now

We have enough attackers now to break teams down

I really have nothing but good feelings about this. He is a striker of the highest quality IMO and one who has been criminally underrated over the years.

He has his recognition now with this big money move and I expect him to raise his game next season.

              He scores some cracking goals.

I guess we'll find out once the season starts. I'm guessing that Rafa has some "ideas".

No! really? I thought Rafa had no clue, i think rage should be our manager, he knows what we should do.

The BBC are also reporting that the fee is £20.3 altogether and we've made a donation to the Spurs charity in leiu of them dropping that stupid complaint

What a stupid ****ing post. No harm to ya like.

I'd prefer them cunts to sign Berbatov than Benzema or Huntelaar.

And who gives a **** anyway.

I wish Robbie Keane all the very best and would love it ala keegan if he was the striker to deliver us to No.19.

Honestly I like and rate the fella but for some reason the signing just seems wrong to me.

Hes a red now and will get my backing and full support!

                          YNWA Robbie Keane.

Referee Lubos Michel said: “If my assistant referee had not signalled a goal, I would have given a penalty, and sent off goalkeeper Petr Cech.”
