If this is the list for the qualifiers then im not surprised. You gotta understand that their are strict rules about having home-grown talent in your squad. Need to have a certain number of domestically trained youngsters rather than foreigh trained

I am not sure but think we will only be allowed to change a certain amount of players for the group stages, might be the reason Babel and co are included.

I think you have two lists an A list for any players and a B list of young players who have trained at the club for their entire career (or some such thing) which means you can always put out a team even if you have to go with 11 youth teamers. The link states that players with a * next to them are from the B list.
