Yes Kuyt was poor last night.........and so was everybody else.

It's taken one competitive game before the first Kuyt bashing thread of this season appears - surely a new record.

First sensible post in this thread. Poor performance all round last night (Rafa included) but no time to dwell, I'm sure the boys will be looking to put that one behind them. Roll on Saturday and lets kick a black cat or two.

I thought Alonso was ok too. He didn't have many options when he got the ball but he was always available to receive it and tried to keep posession as best he could. Nice little back flick on the edge of the box too.

Thought he started well, but faded quite badly. HE does tend to struggle with no realt steel next to him.
