How can you not compare Net spends with Houllier? Houllier was there at a time when United were paying £30m for a defender and the world record from back then still stands, as does the 2nd top and 3rd top transfers!

Rashid, I try to understand your posts at times, I just cant. You have completely pulled apart my post with negative, anti lfc bull****. I have no issue with people disagreeing but even you can surely see that the manner in which you post is going to cause conflict?
I mean you post a "I love Deco" thread in the liverpool forum whilst simultaneously dismissing existing Liverpool players.

Why do you do it mate? I want to like you, I really do, I enjoy heated discussions and argueing logically and factually, my problem with you is you are completely anti liverpool. And please dont say otherwise because actions speak louder than words and by your posts you clearly have a big issue with Liverpool and Rafa in particular.

For the sake of the whole forum, could you not please slightly tone down the negativity?

Rashid, whatever his faults, argues his points articulately and doesn't resort to name calling. That level of respect should be due to all on these boards. If you have a genuine complaint about any poster contact a mod or report a post.

And if you'll point out were i've abused him? I've mocked him yes, for his "i heard from a player" and "my journo friend told me" posts, which he then tries to claim are gospel and not just rumour in order to fuel the anti-rafa posts.

So i'll give him that respect or refraining from insulting him (unless it's tongue in cheek :P), but to try and come on here and pass of gossip and rumour as fact, i won't respect that and i'll continue to highlight the fact that Rashid knows as much as we do about the situation, whether or not he cares to admit it or not, before his posts become more internet hearsay that finds its way onto other forums.

Respect is earned, and Rashid has yet to earn it. All he does is try and spread gossip and rumour as fact. Why should i respect that?

To be fair, I'd take it a step further & suggest respect should be given as default until lost. The individual in question I have given a number of chances over the years- I took (& still do) his info about the DIC in good faith- but just when you think he's turned over a new leaf & is posting in a reasonable way, he starts with the sensationalism & fabrication masquerading as fact.

Rage & Sarb are consistently here & consistent in their (flawed) viewpoints, but when Rash comes in, he just chucks a load of handgrenades & ****s off again. Happens again & again.

I'll not resort to direct insults again as I've made my point, but in making up bull**** about our club, no-one on this forum riles me anywhere near as much as Rashid.
