    Diao and contractrual agreements

IMO Diao should be sacked for gross incompetence and taking money under false pretences, he has no intention of leaving the club until his contract is over. He has no interest in playing for the club. He is only interested in reaping in his inflated salary. Brief summary he is just taking the pìss

Football clubs be more stringent when drawing up contractual agreements, there should have clauses to cover this type of situation so the can sack fùcking parasites like Diao with absolutely no dispensation.

The more I think about this the more it fùcking winds me up.....Fùcking parasite!!!

Rubbish post. being a ****e footballer is not a reason for sacking.
If he goes to practice everyday and acting in a profssional manner, the club cant take any action against him.

Well actually when you think about it being rubbish at the job is probably one of the most justifiable reasons to sack anyone

But we all know football is another world. At the end of the day we'll just have to wait until his contract is up. Waste of our money and waste of his career.

        Cràp reply.

Being a shìte employee and underperforming is good enough for anyone to be sacked.

He isn't a ****e employee because he's allways present at Melwood and he trains every day! And he's not underperforming, because he doesn't get a chance to play games (even reserves one). He doesn't perform at all.

Who gave who the contract? If Liverpool couldn't spot a duffer then that's their fault. Agreed, Diao could be playing footy elsewhere if he'd taken that opportunity during the summer but it's his choice. It's our damn fault for giving him such a big safety net.

I wonder if someone got a "bung" for this deal?

Why wasn't he just made available for a free during the summer I am SURE a Championship club will take him on?
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Not many Championship clubs that can match his wages.

Yeah ok not many can match his wages but is he expecting the same wages when he leaves next summer ( I know it's a year extra 'big time' wages' but is it worth it) I mean surely he cares about not being a laughing stock?

What I don't understand, is that when a player is sold, then we have to pay up his contract. Therefore, surely its better for all, to pay up his contract, and let him go where he likes. Is there a difference between giving him 40k a week, or giving it all to him in one go? We still have to pay it.

He probably gets a bonus based on CL win and FA cup win too, so it must be better to get rid.
