I hear Dunk knows a "hitter" - perhaps we could have a whip-round?

Football clubs be more stringent when drawing up contractual agreements, there should have clauses to cover this type of situation so the can sack fùcking parasites like Diao with absolutely no dispensation.

The more I think about this the more it fùcking winds me up.....Fùcking parasite!!!

It is not his fault he was on such a good salary. Grow up will you, I'd like to see you give up a load of money.:whatever:

I agree with all the comments about how it's LFC's fault for offering such a good contract. But for his own careers sake and for his reputation (if he has one) he should have done more to help secure at least a loan move to another club. If I recall correctly, we can still loan players to lower league clubs outside the transfer window can't we?

I think we can mate. But I don't think Diao is up for that. He's more than happy with jogging around at Melwood and parking his car 10 minutes in the parking space (don't know what this has to do with the whole contractrual thing, but I just pointed it out ).

Well if it is the case that he won't go out on loan, then I think the criticism of him is fair. When Cisse found out he wasn't wanted, credit to him he was up for his move to Marseille, and i'm sure he was working on it himself. Diao obviously doesn't have the same integrity.

He had the opertunity to go to the club Pongolle has gone to in spain on loan but refused to go in the summer. Not his fault his on the contract his on, but he hasn't done himself any favours with regards to his career.Tbh,when i first saw him playing for Senegal at the 2002 world cup finals,I was really excited we were signing him,not only him but Diouf aswell. It hasn't worked out but i do wonder how many times these players were watched playing for there clubs considering the huge outlay that was planned for the signing of them.

The difference i think between diao and cisse is that it's clear that cisse is a player with fantastic ability and will succeed in the game wherever. On the other hand Diao isn't even at half his level.

I don't think we should force him to go to spain if he doesn't want to, which is why i suggested a lower league club, as he wont have to move far. Surely crewe could do something with him.
