Alan Green - simply the best!

Don't know what you guys think, but I love Alan Green's passion and the way he "tells is it as it is".
He spends a lot of time at Anfield and is pretty much spot on with his assessment of LFC both on and off the pitch.
Incidentally I heard him being interviewed yesterday morning (Tuesday) and he is of the opinion that the Sheikh will own Liverpool soon and that Waldorf and Statler will succumb soon and get a reality check, and get out of Anfield.

On his day he is the best football commentator by far, but he needs to stick to actual commentating. There is an expert summariser next to him to give the opinions.

I have to say I like Green despite some of the rubbish he comes out with and his apparent bias towards us. He transmits great excitement through his commentaries.

However, as I said, even if you take that away, his commentaries are always good value. He can make Stoke v Hull sound exciting.
