I like Kewell as a player and he'd be in my first XI if he's fit and playing well.

Igor's cameo performances and Cruyff turns are still sadly missed.

Of course we want the good Kewell rather than the one we signed by mistake.

Mike turned the bung down so Rick moved on to Harry.

For a while I was also wishing we had the Kewell of leeds united. Until I realised that every leeds fan i spoke to told me that what we saw on highlights wasnt giving the true picture. Apparantly he was the same there too, invisible for long long spells. Only difference now is that the spells have gone longer and longer

                    Yeah.

Or preferably the John Barnes of 18 years ago.

Yeah our Leeds mates said he was a MOTD player when we signed him. I brushed it off as jealousy but seems they may have been correct.

Wouldn't exactly says there's a pile in the Zenden category now, forgetting loaned out players, most of which are commited to be bought.

We obviously have differing views on Kewell, but the few times we saw him last season, once he'd got going he looked very good, and put in at least 2 man of the match performances, which I can recall. He probably could have come back early and would no doubt have been in the starting lineup a few times allready this season, but whats the point if he won't be happy with his fitness.

Once Harry's happy that his injuries are behind him he will start to shine for us on a regular basis, providing Rafa is happy to give him another chance.

Nah, he will go to a london club, Spurs I would say most likely, or maybe West Ham. But I don't envisage him being sold, until he's been given one last run, rafa rates him, so he's going to want to give him a fair crack isn't he.

I like Harry, and rate him. I am pretty sure that last season when he played was when we were winning and doing well, I am not saying he was the reason but he helped make us better. Harry of last season is better than what we have seen this...so yes we need him back and soon.

BTW I ahev 2 signed Harry socceroos shirts if any Aussies are interested
