    Bellamy, regular scorer

    From the official:

[b]Rafael Benitez has told Robbie Fowler to keep his head up as he waits for another chance to impress in the first team.[b]

Fowler hasn't made the Liverpool squad since the derby defeat at Goodison but Benitez has insisted the 31 year old striker's opportunity will come again.

He said: "It's always more difficult for strikers if the others are scoring goals regularly.

"I've spoken to Robbie and told him to keep going, because it's clear he will play games and he needs to be ready."
I love Rafa, and don't hate Craig, but this is pure ****. who was the most recent scorer of the two? Craig or Robbie?

When exactly was the Haifa game? Does 1 in 10 now class as regular?
    HOT CANCER.

"They are ****ing lapping it up you c*nt"

Bellamy is not a bad player, wasnt too long ago based on ability, people thought 6m was a steal for him, all of a sudden after a barren spot infornt of goal he is the worst player ever?. I just cant believe this. Bellamy is a very good player, we seen that at Blackburn last season, was a nightmare to defend against. Sometimes your first goal for a club can be the hardest one to get, when he gets his first in the league im sure the rest will come more frequently.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

      * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Agreed. He has not been our worst player this season by a longshot. How long did it take Carra, Finnan, Momo etc etc to settle in?
Answer = more that 10 games
Way too many people are overreacting at pointing the finger of blame
              Dare we believe

he's an easy target, people didn't want him here from the start, and unless he set the world on fire, people were waiting to say

                "see , told you so"

There's no blame being apportioned...it's obviously a collective effort. Yes he could and probably will get a lot better, yes he needs time to settle and no I don't think anyone, not one single LFC fan, hopes to be able to say 'I told you so'.

All we can go on is performances and goal return...and both, so far, have been negligible. What do you expect us to say? "Oh yes he's been fantastic!"? In my opinion his performances thus far have been ****, and 1 goal in 10 is **** full stop - again, thus far. I'm just telling it like it is. He's been almost totally ineffective.

I want to see the snarling, rampaging Bellamy stand up and I want him to show me the **** up.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I'm more in the category of those that never wanted him, than those who thought he'd be a steal at £6m.

Personally, whilst I thought he was one of Blackburn's top 5 players last season, that still doesn't make him anywhere near good enough to help LFC towards their 1st premiership crown. Overpriced and WILL cause trouble.
He's like a leopard - not great at football and won't change his spots.

I thought he started well initially, Bellamy and Kuyt looked very exciting together the first time they played alongside each other, everyone or sorry most were raving about them as a pairing. It seems his lack of goals and his ungency to score one for the team he supports has effected his game and he is now affraid to miss, which would upset any striker.
IMHO he has to get rid of the "affraid to miss" part of his game that is the key. If we can get Bellamy playing with confidence, just like Crouch is at the moment, he will be a real threat and will have Premiership defences running scared. Him and Kuyt are phemominal workers and I can understand why Rafa is trying to forge a partnership.
Im sure he will also show you the **** up

I think he looked quite good playing with Fowler for the couple of games he did

I can say, i am slightly concerned about his personality, but not about his ability, I have said why in the post above why i think his form is suffering, there is tremendous pressure at Liverpool, more than any other club he has been at, and it means alot to him, im sure he will come good, so im going to disagree with you about ability. As for attitude, I think it has been great so far, but it remains to be seen I guess. He has admitted he expects to be on the bench sometimes, which is pleasing to hear. If we can support Cisse and Nando for as long as we did, surely Bellamy deserves the same respect.

I can understand that, as Robbie seems to be playing as a deeper kind of player of late, not having the pace that Bellamy does, leaving Bellamy to concentrate on robbies sometimes excellent through balls. For the record, I think robbie vision actually underestimated.
