Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

When Rafa departs with us or the other way around, it is hard to find better qualified managers than Mourinho if you look at his winnings. I highly respect his managerial skills and what he has achieved, if just he wasen't a cunt of dimensions on top, he would be most clubs first target for a new manager.

Seems like he has toned down a bit, and perhaps he is maturing a bit, so who knows maybe he will be become our manager one day. At present he is not what I would prefer, but fortunatly the one I would like to see in charge is in charge rafa :

The slapping of Puyol and the run down the touchline at OT were both quality. EVen the Anfield Sshhh was pretty funny. He definitely takes himself a bit too seriously and goes OTT, but I he seems to be well respected by his players and creates a real team ethos. I'm more than happy that Rafa is our manager, but if he wasn't, I think Jose would bring something wonderfully different to the club.

there is a lot that gets peoples back up about him that i just don't mind at all. he crossed the line with anders frisk and the reading incident for me but i can't think of anything else. shhhing our fans you have to admit was pretty funny. if you can't put that into perspective then you need to relax a little imho.

he's a top manager and will get the best out of a team, he's young and one of the best out there. he could improve his style of football and i would doubt his ability to stick around for a long run of success - like fergie for example. but if those dumb fookers that run our club sack rafa, then he'd be my choice.

Maureen will do whatever it takes to win, death threats, act like a complete idiot, you name it.

He will do whatever it takes. To win is the only thing he cares about.

I think that is a real possibility. I think he likes the ego boost of doing something for a club without big history and getting more 'first manager to ....' headlines. I suspect our big wait for the league is what attracts him to us rather than anything else about the club, supporters etc.

thing is he wouldn't have the money available and his one shot at buying players while under a tight budget (as he was for his final season at Chelsea) was a complete and utter failure.

I don't want him anywhere near our club.

You're welcome to your opinion, as eloquently put as it is.

The guy is an egomaniacal **** and I don't care how good he is. I want us to win things, but not at any price. There are depths to which I won't stoop. If you're willing to then good luck to you, but I think that attitude leads to a pretty soulless club if taken to it's logical extreme.

For god sake, it's like becoming best mates with the bloke who ****ed your wife - how could you?

I can't believe there are people even debating it on the pretext that he is a good manager - of course he is.

Contrary to popular belief Gary Neville is actually a decent player but I'd rather chew my own dick off than see him in a Liverpool shirt and I feel exactly the same way about Roman's poppet.

some of you just have no standards.
