    Pennant has not been tbad in the first half, its his first game in the prem in months and he has been keeping good possesion, tracking back and set up a clear chance for riera with a good cross.

      Wimping out of tackles and going nowhere with the ball and offering no threat. He is a disgrace to the shirt. One decent cross is all he done.

            As somebody else put it, Pennant flatters to deceive. He receives the ball in space, then, instead of looking for another player to pass to, he runs into that space until he gets closed down, making it look like he is working hard.
