Agree but I think he will, if he hasn't already.

He did very well in the 4-2-3-1 last year.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

ha ha ha. There was a similar interview on LFC.TV with Pennant and the interviewer basically told him that he had been voted the dumbest in the squad. He basically said that's not fair Dirk is dumber than me

In Dirk's defense I will say, he might be dumb off the pitch, but on the pitch, he is as close to a genius as we have in our team. His off the ball running to make space for others is inscrutable.

totally being won over by the way the man carries himself. a proper son of shanks, the great man would def have Kuyt in his team the way he is working and giving it sticks every second. not naturally gifted but what a team player
LFC - the footballing Phoenix. Watch us rise.

I'd have sold him in the summer, but if he keeps up this form I'll be glad to hold my hands up and say I was wrong. At the end of the day if LFC are winning games and carry on doing so he can't be doing to bad.

Whilst wrinting this I just saw Mick McCarthys comments on Andy Keogh. Keogh is like Kuyt, a striker being played on the wing and out of position. He really puts in a shift, but like Kuyt is not a winger. I'm sure you get the jist of things. Anyhow Keogh was not having a great game on the weekend and was getting booed by a small minority

Now McCarthy is to nice to say it, but he basically said, shut the **** up and stop booing. We are top of the league and it's a team effort. So leave the lad alone and get behind him.

It just reminded me of the love/hate relationship with Kuyt. But McCarthy was bang on.

Please prove me wrong, and Rafa right Dirk!
                      Forwards.......

But isn't it great to see, posters who once derided Kuyt being won over, it means Kuyt is performing, and the poster is honest in his opinion.

I wouldn’t speak too soon. At some point of the season we’re sure to hit a bad patch and no doubt the finger will get pointed at Dirk again.

It won’t matter though, the proper supporters that understand football will always appreciate what he does for the team.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

What does that make Gerrard then? or Torres?

Don't get me wrong I quite like the lad, but he's no genius. Nowhere near.
